Peterson Award
Michelle West, Associate Vice President of Admissions
and Co-Coordinator of Diversity and Inclusion, was nominated
by her peers and selected by the Administrative Council as
the 2025 Peterson Award recipient for outstanding service and
commitment to Richmont and its mission. Michelle is a Class
of '19 School of Counseling alumna and has worked in
admissions at Richmont for eight years, stepping into her
current role as Associate Vice President two years ago. Vice
President of Administration, Roxanne Shellabarger, was
honored to present this well-deserved award to Michelle at
the 2025 Commencement Ceremony.
